First Lady Eileen Coleman, a true Washingtonian, was born in Seattle and grew up in Bremerton. She graduated from Bremerton High School and attended the University of Washington. She has worked for the Treasury Department since 2006 and is currently employed as Customer Services Supervisor for the Internal Revenue Service in Seattle, Washington.

She has served as a board member for the YMCA and a member of various community choirs. She works in various capacities at Sinclair that include, but are not limited to, musician and Junior Church teacher, pianist for the Sanctuary Choir, Ole' Skool Choir, and the Youth Choir, and teaches the Nursery age for Junior Church. The children love her so much that when it’s time to transition to the next level, they simply do not want to go.
She is married to Reverend Dr. Frankie L. Coleman, Sr. and they recently celebrated 30 years of marriage. They have two children, Grace and Frankie Jr. First Lady Coleman is a dynamic speaker. She loves God and knows through Christ she can do all things and that she cannot do anything without Him.
